Mahiru is a main character in "Seraph of the End: Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at Sixteen" and Shinoa's Half-Sister.
Mahiru was from the prestigious Hīragi Clan, and next in line to become head of the family; however, as a namanari, she eventually turned into a demon, and ended up being sealed within Guren's sword, becoming a cursed gear called Mahiru-no-yo.
