Roman Torchwick

Roman Torchwick is the cunning and charismatic leader of a band of thieves who operated in the city of Vale. He is a subordinate of [Cinder Fall](https://anilist.co/character/132316/Cinder-Fall), who had given him the mission to steal all of the Dust in the city, and later, a business partner of the White Fang. He often works alongside his associate, [Neopolitan](https://anilist.co/character/165118/Neopolitan). A robbery lead by Roman was thwarted by [Ruby Rose](https://anilist.co/character/126569) at the beginning of the story and he developed a deep resentment towards her for this.
