Takeru Inui

A member of Black Cloak, one of the Bureau's elite squads. Takeru gives off the vibe of a delinquent, though he is very much the opposite of one, being responsible and a pretty serious guy. With his partner, Banri Himezuka, he is often pushed around by her and gets told off for his antics. Takeru cares for his family deeply, and has had several combat related jobs prior to being in the Bureau to support them. All of his earnings get sent to his mother and three younger sisters. Even though he is resilient and seemingly only caring about combat, he does have hobbies that wouldn't be expected, such as cooking and tending his kitchen garden.
