Mitsuru Adachi

Mitsuru Adachi is in fact the mangaka of Touch, Miyuki and several other famous manga. He makes casual appearances throughout a lot of his own manga as comedic relief. He is often seen being disciplined by his editor and uses a lot of jokes, most of them dealing with manga deadlines.
