Shiera is from the Nereid Tribe.| After drinking the Pure Mermaid Blood created from The Heart of Oceanos himself she becomes one of the Sea Folk. Making her a Mermaid in the Sea. On land she gains back her legs. She later possess the Ambrosia of Oceanos. Shiera later rises the Ancient Empire's Sacred City above the Waves and was made Queen of Nereid. She named Neraia Isle and the City as Nereid Kingdom proclaiming it Sovereign and Free. For the time being The Nereid Kingdom would be under Albion's Protection Later it is revealed under The Nereid Kingdom that there are The Ships of the Gods hidden in the deepest part of the Kingdom. The Ships were made during the Time of the Old Gods. Kai can call for the ships to come to him anytime When he uses the Oceanos Ambrosia. Thus giving Kai a War Fleet. Shiera tells Kai if He were to ever call for those ships that she will come along with those Ships. Until then she will stay on the Island reigning over Her Kingdom She later confesses to Kai that in her Heart there is only Him. Even if she can't make him give her an Heir as Doing so would mean Kai has to be King.
