__Height:__ 183 cm Vice Captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. The younger brother of [Yuzuha](https://anilist.co/character/170482/Yuzuha-Shiba) and the younger brother of [Taiju](https://anilist.co/character/167845/Taiju-Shiba), the leader of the 10th Generation Black Dragons. Hakkai is shown to be a timid but friendly guy. When it comes to his personality he is nothing like his older brother Taiju who is disciplined and bloodlusted.
