Matsuri Shimegiwa

A 17 year old man that's been experimented on. Matsuri is able to turn his arm into flames and back as he wishes, which he uses in his exquisite fighting ability. Matsuri is a moody kid that can often be aggressive at times, and sports a sharp glare. Though he often speaks in an unrefined way, he does show respect for Motsure, and Hotsure by proxy, for his work.
