Hirokazu Arai

He is partnered with [Kobeni Higashiyama](https://anilist.co/character/144594/Kobeni-Higashiyama). Hirokazu is shown to have high moral standards and cares a lot about his teammates and their wellbeing, going out of his way to assist and support others whenever possible, especially towards those who are sick. He was trained by [Himeno](https://anilist.co/character/144596) for half a year. Himeno has stated that what he lacks in ability, he makes up for in drive. He likes writing haikus in his free time as a hobby.
