Biography
Rin’s father and Toba Island’s headman, he suffers form sickness and is bedridden. Due to his sickness, Rin runs the port on his behalf. When the headman was injured by Isago, the Sakagami’s headman’s wife, Rin slays Isago and goes out to sea in search of a mermaid.
