Asa Asada

Asa, a little girl living in the Port of Nagoya alongside her parents and her eleven siblings (with a twelfth about to come) is commonly forgotten by her own family, mistaken with her sisters by neighbours, and feels like she doesn't have an identity of her own. She blames it to her name being the dullest of the family, since the only reason for it was being born early in the morning. The day her twelfth sibling is about to be born, she is kidnapped for being mistaken with a doctor's child as Isewan Typhoon destroys her beloved town. The kidnapper, Kasuga, regrets his actions and protects Asa from the disaster. With most of the city flooded and filled with debris, and the wellbeing of the Asada family unknown, she now has to work with Kasuga which happens to be an ex-bomber pilot from World War II to rescue citizens and find her family, as she ignites her passion for piloting and, for the first time, wants something for herself.
