Takuma Hanabusa

A back alley doctor doing illegal organ transplants. He is wanted by the police for an incident that happened 3 years prior to the story that involved the hospital he worked in burning down and the murder of his uncle. ~!It is later revealed that Takuma didn't actually kill his uncle, but that he killed himself.!~
