Biography
Penny is a member of the royal family and student at the Royal Academy enrolled in the Archery class. Not much is known about her nor her motivations. While she is a member of the royal family it is unclear if she has a dragon form like her siblings. While her brothers do not treat her well, her father Tols Angus seems to hold her in better regard than his sons.
