Navigator Chiga

Chiga is the navigator and helmswoman of the Imperial Japanese Navy heavy cruiser 'Unebi'. Level-headed and unflappable, Chiga keeps the crew as well as the ship on a steady course. She has served with Commander Kuki, XO Mamiya and gunnery officer Obama for a long time, and they are a solid team. She does not appear to have any romantic or sexual interest in anyone on the crew or off it, although she clearly admires Kuki a lot.
