Brocken Hakushaku

One of the henchmen of Dr. Hell, the antagonist of Mazinger Z. Before his death, he was a legendary and cold-hearted soldier. Years later, he was revived by Dr. Hell as a cyborg and made the commander of the Iron Crosses, the air division of Dr. Hell's army. Despite both being loyal underlings of Dr. Hell, Brocken and Ashura have a fierce rivalry for his approval. Count Brocken is generally held in higher esteem by him, due to not being more competent.
