Katsuragi

One of Ayanami's followers. Rank - captain. Seems like a decent and responsible soldier, though bringing a little of mother's touch to the Black Hawks. Not much known about him yet. Never seen in battles yet. Has a strong resemblance to Bastien (the traitor-priest.) Katsuragi is a subordinate of the Black Hawks. As colonel, he handles private security and other duties. He tends to be deep and has a gentle glance. His circumstances for joining is unknown.
