Haki Mizukura

Risuka Mizukura's cousin. Similar to her, Haki had a magic formula infused in his blood by Shingo Mizukura, albeit his abilities are much less impressive. His magic falls under the water pattern and the destiny category. With his magic, he's capable of inflicting terrible luck towards someone, rewriting the story and changing their destiny. Risuka states that his magic can likely only be reversed by Haki himself and is unsure if it can be removed through other means. He is in his last year of high school. Haki is sly and cheeky, reflecting with his title of "The Demon of Pestering and Cherishing." Despite this, he typically shows his caring side towards Risuka with a glee-filled smile. She refers to him as "onii-chan," seeing him as a big brother. She looks up to Haki, with him acting like her guardian. Haki and Risuka get along quite well, with him stating that Risuka never says no to his suggestions—until Kizutaka Kugi came along. He and Kizutaka don't get along, with Haki viewing him as a cocky kid that looks down on magic as Risuka is obedient towards him. Haki can show a more threatening, disgusted side towards Kizutaka, typically due to his actions towards Risuka. In chapter 3, ~!Haki inflicts Kizutaka with his destiny-altering magic as a way to teach him a lesson about how dangerous magic can be. Kizutaka faces many close calls, though does manage to survive.!~
