Jouichi Yakou

Yakou Jouichi is one of Kakerou's S-ranked sweepers, as well as one of Leader's attendants. He is the the twin brother of Yakou Hikoichi. Jouichi is an older gentleman with grey hair, a well kempt moustache and eyebrows which curl at the outer sides. As expected of a twin brother, he appears almost identical to Hikoichi; they have differing hairstyles and Jouichi has a scar that runs diagonally across his face (from above his right eye all the way down to the side of his left cheek). Yakou is always ready to kill, and gladly performs his "cleaning" duties when necessary.
