Toko is from the Magical Kingdom and a member of the Magical Girl Resources Department. ~!In Limited, she was the one responsible for transforming the girls from Namiyama Middle School into Magical Girls in order to defeat an evil witch and save the world. In actuality, she is Rain Pow's mascot character and partner in crime.!~
