A friend of [Oliver](https://anilist.co/character/258618/Oliver-Horn)'s and a member of the Sword Roses. Chela is a proud young lady and the eldest daughter of the noble house of McFarlane, one of the five oldest families in Yelgland, and among the elite in the Magical World. She is an incredibly skilled mage, and often serves as the Sword Roses' voice of reason alongside Oliver as the two most mature members of the group.
