He first appears in GTO: Shonan 14 days, he is member of the Moryo Yakuza family, he works under the twins' foster father.
In BLACK DIAMOND he is recruited by the twins to help track down the illegal prostitution ring due to his connections to the underworld. He cares deeply for the twins and going as far as supplying them with rubber tipped bullets for their guns so they won't kill anyone and get into trouble.
