Biography
Tsurunosuke Shiraishi is one of the member of the 2nd upper squad in the White Tiger Unit. After refuse to commit seppuku with his team, he leaves with Hidetora Ando (another member of the 2nd White Tigers Unit) and Okei to the United States to build the new city of Aizuwakamatsu.
