Jai

Jai is the third strongest of the Dark Ones, outclassed only by [Riyan](https://anilist.co/character/31401) and their leader, [Ganryu](https://anilist.co/character/5288). He is somewhat arrogant, as he does not take his enemies seriously and also is rather aggressive towards the people around him. Jai wields two chakram blades. When thrown, the blades themselves have the ability to home in on Jai's targets, making them very difficult to evade. He can also duplicate his blades and transform said blades into illusions of himself, in order to further distract and confuse his opponents.
