Riyan

He appeared to be [Ganryu](https://anilist.co/character/5288/Ganryu)'s second in command, as he never left his side until a battle occurred. Riyan is a focused individual, as he primarily focuses on his objectives whenever he is given a mission, even going as far as reprimanding Jai for wasting time talking when they were assigned to capture a soul reaper. Riyan is also fiercely loyal to Ganryu, addressing him as the rightful ruler of the Soul Society, and growing agitated whenever anyone does not show him the same courtesy. Riyan wields a unique blade that can open and split its blade apart, making it appear similar to fan blades. Riyan can rotate the blades at high speeds, enabling him to block attacks. He also has a rocket-pack on his back that uses Blanks souls as ammunition to to fire numerous powerful explosive projectiles at his opponents.
