Biography
A sociopath police officer living in Morioh. Although he puts on a friendly facade, he's a deranged egomaniac who sees himself as superior to everybody around him, referring to them as "lowly humans" (despite his own apparent lack of skill in anything he attempts). By feeding Pet Sounds a part of his earlobe, he was able to get the ability to share his Stand.
