Iskra's madam and contract broker. She is in a very important position as she provides work for her killers, so she can actually be seen as a part of Iskra's system. Unlike the killers whose code names do not overlap and constantly change, Lisa's code name continues to be passed down to future generations, showing that Lisa's role is clearly different from that of the other members.
