Biography
Kazuhi is the oldest of the Sanome Prince's Guards and their leader. He is a Number Child, abandoned by his family. He was abandoned for having a third eye. When Rakan and his companions meet him, he is a wandering bandit in a remote area. He is Touji's older brother.
