Riku

An extremely scattered-brained servant of the Fourth with laughably bad luck. Objects tend to fall on him and he frequently ends up drenched in water. Riku has tremendous skill in making things out of paper thanks to his photographic memory and ability to notice details most people can not. He can easily remember something he has seen only once and avoids questions he doesn't want to answer by wisely changing the subject.
