Black Doom

The sinister patriarch of the Black Arms, and one of the individuals behind the creation of [Shadow the Hedgehog](https://anilist.co/character/6379). For thousands of years, Doom planned to impose terror on the Earth and use the local human population as an energy source for his armies.
