Rill

Rill, known as Riru in the anime, is an examiner of the Magic Exams, who is able to use future magic. He and his familia, Ruby, are first introduced when giving Nina the potion to remove the Crystal Pearl. Although a minor character, his actions prove to be quite important to the story. ~!In the second series, Rill comes back and informs Nina that if she wishes for her friends to remain in the magic exams, that she must break up with Zero. Rill shows her her possible future if she breaks up with Zero. He is later seen at the Magical Examination Headquarters. He often serves treats to the Chairman.!~
