Biography
He is one of the 12 Directors of Academy City, and is the one funding the group ITEM. He once was injured gravely by Accelerator, and thus hired a mercenary named Stephanie Gorgeouspalace to assassinate him, though Stephanie found out that one of her friends was injured by one of the ITEM members and that he was the one financing ITEM and decided to assassinate him instead.
