He is an esper of unknown level who is a part of SCHOOL. Little was shown about him, however he didn't show any hesitation when dispatching a comrade who had failed instead of saving him when he had the chance. His most distinctive feature is that he has a metallic goggle on his face yet it's not just covering his eyes; it's surrounding his entire head just like Saturn's rings. Plugs are inserted into it all around, and countless cables connect them to a machine at his back. Lastly, due to his usage of electronic weapons, it is unknown if he has an ESP ability that has no direct use as combat or if he just doesn't have an ESP ability at all.
