Shizuka Uruma

Ran and Jin's mother. She is considered the most powerful sorceress around. Her work keeps her away from home for long periods of time. She was stillborn as a child and had been laid to rest when an elder sorceress took her in and raised her with love and care. Shizuka's magic is controlled by her emotions rather than logic or theory, and it doesn't bother her that this style is becoming obsolete. Her family is her reason for living.
