Judar

He is the former Oracle of Al-Thamen and the Kou Empire after siding with Hakuryuu to aid him in taking over Kou Empire. According to Hakuryuu Ren, the name "Judar" was given by Al-Thamen, and his real name is unknown. He is the one of the main antagonist of the series.
