Sylphiel Nels Laada

Sylphiel is a shrine maiden from Sairaag who excels at white magic. Black magic, however, is not her forte: a running gag occurs when she tries to cast an attack spell in combat, only to unleash either a small flaming carrot that only tickes the enemy, or flimsy ice arrows that fall under their own weight before reaching their target. There is an exception to this: the Drag Slave. After meeting Lina, she underwent intensive training so she could also master this spell, hoping to catch Gourry's attention. As a result, this is the single black magic spell she can use successfully, albeit a bit lacking in control (she always goes full power).
