It is later revealed that he is the Prince of Erebonian Empire traveling under the guise of wandering bard to get in contact with Liberl's S-rank Bracer, Cassius Bright.!~ ~!He is the man behind the High-Speed Cruiser Airship, Courageous' development and is a Board Member of Thors' Military Academy, per Erebonian Empire Tradition (which dictates that an Arnor should always be appointed as one of the Board Member of the Academy). His wild idea gave birth to the Class VII, which is the class Rean Schwarzer is affiliated with.!~
