Biography
An antagonist in Tales of Symphonia and one of the Desian Grand Cardinals. He is in charge of the Iselia Human Ranch and is possibly the most respected Desian after Pronyma, who is the leader of the Grand Cardinals. One of his arms is replaced by a giant golden cannon.
