Red is very much the quintessential hero; brave, kind, and outgoing. He is capable of feats of agility, and is always willing to help others, with or without the help of his Pokémon. Red is an exceptional Pokémon battler, able to utilize his Pokémon's moves and natural talents in unique ways. Red is sometimes slow to pick up on sensitive matters.
