His name means L11 in German. ~!He is currently considered a traitor by Dorssia due to the actions Haruto committed while in control of his body. L-elf is nick named by ARUS as the "one-man-Army" for having took on 5000 soldiers alone. In episode 3, he tries to recruit Haruto in order to bring about a revolution in Dorssia.!~
