Ike

The being Robert Johnson makes a deal with to gain his genius as a bluesman. An enigmatic person, he appears and disappears at the drop of the hat, usually to give Johnson advice, or as he puts it, a warning. Although he gives off the impression of being a supernatural being, such as the Devil, Ike himself states that he is not the Devil. Ike is based on Isaiah "Ike" Zinnerman, who was rumored to have learned supernaturally to play guitar by visiting graveyards at midnight. It is said that Johnson learned his guitar styles from Ike as he was becoming the legendary bluesman he is known as today.
