Bei Liu

Courtesy name Xuande. Liu Bei is an oath brother of Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, him being the oldest of the three. Liu Bei started off as a small-scale vigilante with a lofty aspiration. But for the longest time he could not bring himself to play the pretend game in order to restore peace to the world. After getting tricked, cajoled, betrayed, and nearly killed, he has finally risen above his pride to reach for a grander goal. Liu Bei also learns how to play the game well.
