Yutaka Hasebe

A 3rd generation city employee, who works at the city welfare department, he is assigned to the 1st section that issues nursing certifications. He claims to be good at almost everything and he is quite a charmer that he can get email addresses from pretty clients, even boasting about it to his superior, Taishi. Though, a slacker he wouldn't hesitate to go out of his way to help out Yamagami and Saya when they're having trouble dealing with difficult clients. He always teases Yamagami that he would find himself earning her ire.
