Biography
Masatsugu is the 37-year-old, unannounced heir of the Seidoukai. He was 18 when Hyoudou joined the Seidoukai, and when he first met Reiji and Hisako. He worshiped the two children from the start and enjoyed spending time with them. He becomes fixated on Reiji, and promised to help Reiji bring down the Seidoukai as retribution for what his father did to Reiji and Hisako. Behind the scenes, he's in a relationship with Reiji and the two are working to bring down the Seidoukai.
