Ryouji

Ryouji is a 28-year-old man that owns the cafe Foust, and is Tetsu and Yuki's landlord. He is sometimes called a pervert by Riko and can be overly affectionate. He lived in the same orphanage as Tetsu up until age 18 while waiting for his little sister, Riko, to be old enough to leave with him. After leaving the orphanage he got caught up in gang business and took a job disposing of corpses. Seriously wounded on the job, he's found and helped by Hyoudou. Despite retiring from gang business, he secretly keeps in contact with Hyoudou and keeps on eye on Yuki for Hyoudou.
