Kitamakura

Kitamakura is the leader of the East Block and he's also a member of the Four Emperors. He's huge and he used to be a sumo wrestler. It's unknown why he is in the jail. He didn't care much about the other Emperors. He'd kill Yomi and Shiragami any time just so he can become the leader. Ktamakura also likes fighting strong opponents, such as Riki Oh.
