When Amane seemed doomed to outcast status in high school, Takako gave her just what she needed—a friend. Takako is the one person that Amane can open up to. Later in the series, she keeps getting dreams about the first night when Amane saved her from her "ghost", and explains it to Amane and Hyoue-kun and plans to erase her mind, but keeps it instead because of their close relationship.
