He is Rohngall's apprentice. ~!He is actually a spy for a division of the United States government that keeps track of magic-related activities and incidents. He makes a declaration of warning to the Magi who seek the Holy Grail, and proceeds to keep track of the war as it goes along.!~ ~!He is also the Master of True Assassin.!~
