Art was the superintendent of the Yokohama Police Department and a graduate of Facultas Academy. Despite never actualizing a Minimum ability during his time there, he still graduated as an honors student with his high aptitude. Though because of this, he often is jealous of those with Minimum abilities, making him an easy target for Professor Moral.
