A first-year high school student, he has the power to summon or seal Phantoms by drawing them in a sketchbook. Haruhiko keeps a massive library in his house, and is knowledgeable on all kinds of subjects. This often comes in useful when dealing with Phantoms, but his teammates do not always enjoy listening to his trivia.
