Biography
Naoe Shinjo is a a First Lieutenant of the Koukoku army. After the civil war, he became an orphan and was adopted into Kushiro family, one of the five noble families in Koukoku. He has a distorted character and is hated by other high rank officers. Private soldiers, however, strongly support him because he respects their lives.
