Tanuki

A bakedanuki (a tanuki with transformation abilities) from the mountains. His loved one died after picking up a Sesshouseki and now he accompanies Kensuke and his friends. They consider him some sort of pet but his ability to turn into a wall turned out to be a useful defensive ability more than once.
